Order Processing

  • Orders placed by 2pm Mon-Fri is usually shipped the same day.  Orders placed after that are shipped the next day
  • Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays are shipped on the next availale weekday

Free UK Shipping

We offer free 1st Class Royal Mail shipping to all UK destinations. Tracked services are available at an additional charge during checkout

Shipping to over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services at a cost of £2.50 through Royal Mail International Standard. Tracked services are available at an additional charge during checkout. There may be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes for items shipped outside the UK. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees & taxes when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. Our suppliers usually ship within 2-4 working days, but it could take 10-30 days for your parcel to arrive if you're outside the UK. If you've not received your parcel after 45 days, please do contact us.

Dispatch & Tracking Information

You will receive email notification once your order has shipped. If you have chosen one of the tracked shipping options, the tracking number will be provided.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unwanted Items

    Pin Inc. is happy to accept a return on any unwanted items for refund, within 28 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

    All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition

    You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.

    Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)

    Faulty Items

    If you have bought any items from us that prove to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.

    Some minor flaws are inherent to enamel pin manufacturing and are not considered faulty:

    • Small areas of dust, fibres, bubbles or uneven enamel
    • Thin enamel
    • Overspill enamel (small areas)
    • Slight colour variation from previously supplied orders

    You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email, bank statement or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.

    We reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.

    Before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.

    Once you have returned an item or items, we will inspect the products and send an email, so you know it has been received. At this point, we can notify you if a refund has been approved.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit or debit card – the same method of payment used to make the purchase – within 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

    When applicable, we can send an exchange item instead of a refund, if there is a suitable product available for a price that matches the original purchase.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    Once approved, refunds are usually issued immediately, it can take a few days for a refund to show in your account.

    If you’re unable to see your refund after 14 days, then please contact us at hello@thepininc.com with the original returns and refund information so that we can trace the order and check your refund has been issued. We will always do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

    Last Chance to Buy and Seconds Pins

    Unfortunately, we are only able to accept the refund of regular priced items.  Last Chance To Buy items and Seconds pins and collections cannot be returned and refunded.
